ABOUT
BELIEF #1
Your nervous system isn't broken. It's trying to protect you.
BELIEF #2
Small, practical habits create real, lasting change.
BELIEF #3
Support should feel like safety, not another thing on your to-do list.
I'M SARAH
I create resources that help people understand their nervous system and support themselves in practical, meaningful ways.
My work is informed by my studies as a Polyvagal Therapy Practitioner, my work with breathwork, and my background in nourishment and wellbeing. But beyond that, it is also shaped by lived experience.
I have lived through trauma, found myself in some very dark places, and had to slowly fight my way back to safety, connection, and myself. That journey changed the way I understand healing. It taught me that support needs to be practical, compassionate, and realistic - not overwhelming, performative, or built for perfect lives.
As a mum of two based in NSW, Australia, I also bring hands-on lived experience of ADHD in women and children, as well as autism. That perspective shapes everything I create, with flexibility, honesty, and deep respect for the realities of everyday life.
Every guide, journal, reset, and experience is designed with one question in mind: Will this genuinely help someone in everyday life? If the answer is no, it does not belong.
Because knowledge is only powerful when it can actually be used.
I created Inner Voyage Co. because support shouldn't only happen in a therapy room or on a retreat. It should show up in ordinary moments — how you start your morning, how you respond to stress, the food you make yourself when no one's watching.
Those everyday moments shape your nervous system more than most of us realise, and that's exactly where I like to work.

MY STORY
So, why did I create Inner Voyage Co.?
Honestly? Because life is hard enough without feeling like you're failing at being a human.
Somewhere along the way we all got told to just "manage our stress," "think positive," or my personal favourite — "just calm down."
If only it were that easy.
The more I studied Polyvagal Theory, mental health, holistic healing, and the science behind how we heal, the more I realised healing isn't about fixing ourselves—it's about creating the right conditions for our bodies and minds to thrive. The more one thing became obvious: most of us aren't broken. We're just running on nervous system patterns we learned a long time ago.
That changed everything for me. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started looking for understanding instead.
That feeling in your chest. The overthinking at 2am. Snapping at your partner and immediately feeling guilty about it. Walking into the kitchen and forgetting why you're there, like you've entered a different dimension. (Please tell me that's not just me.)
That's why Inner Voyage Co. exists — not to give you another pile of info you'll never read, and definitely not to tell you to meditate for an hour before sunrise while drinking celery juice.
It's to give you practical, real tools for the messy days. The busy days. The "I've got five minutes before the kids wake up" days.
Your past explains you. It doesn't define you.
You can't change what happened yesterday. But you can influence what happens next — and if I can make that a little simpler, and maybe make you smile along the way, I'm doing exactly what I set out to do.
Try this today: check your jaw right now. Unclench it. See? Already helping.
